Job Title: Key Holder

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Holder to join our team at Miami Beauty Supply. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the overall success of our retail store.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, counting and reconciling inventory, and rotating stock.
  • Authorize returns and exchanges, and process refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Organize and maintain the sales floor, including visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Supervise and support sales floor associates, including providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a key holder or assistant manager role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
