Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, modeling behaviors that inspire the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Utilize your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Assist with cash handling and reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets, and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized service.
  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable.
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited to attend an interview.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $16.85 to $28.30, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and budget.
