Diagnostic Radiography Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiography Technologist II to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic medical radiographic duties, maintaining equipment, and providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic medical radiographic duties, including X-rays and other imaging procedures
- Maintain and operate radiographic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
- Provide excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and dignity throughout the imaging process
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
- Graduation from an approved medical radiation technologist program
- Active registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
- One (1) year general radiography experience
