Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiography Technologist II to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic medical radiographic duties, maintaining equipment, and providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic medical radiographic duties, including X-rays and other imaging procedures
  • Maintain and operate radiographic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Provide excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and dignity throughout the imaging process
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and department efficiency
Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved medical radiation technologist program
  • Active registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
  • One year of general radiography experience
