Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the multidisciplinary R&D team of Engineers and Scientists to achieve project goals.

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Producer and Director of Logistics and will be responsible for:

  • Departmental Planning: Contribute to the development of departmental plans, emphasizing procedural and process inputs.
  • Operational Execution: Ensure the implementation of the Senior Producer's planning directives, coordinating staff and communicating goals across EERS departments.
  • Project Stewardship: Take ownership of agreed-upon projects, working closely with senior management, stakeholders, and department heads to create accurate project charters and execution plans.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
