Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator in the Finance Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project management support to the Finance Division, including assisting in the definition of project needs, following up on implementation plans, and coordinating testing on IT projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial systems and processes, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide project management support to the Finance Division, including project planning, coordination, and monitoring.
  2. Assist in the development and maintenance of financial systems and processes.
  3. Coordinate testing and implementation of IT projects.
  4. Provide technical support to Finance users on Oracle Financials, Business Objects, and other financial systems.
  5. Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards for Finance Division members.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial or IT role.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Financials, Business Objects, and other financial systems.
  • Programming skills in languages such as Python, VBA, and SQL.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
