Project Coordinator Job Description

Guillevin International is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate estimates and work with key suppliers and internal associates to deliver the right products at the right time.
  • Manage all aspects of purchase orders, including documentation, communication, fulfillment, and billing.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise, escalating to management if necessary.
  • Negotiate prices and conditions of sale with suppliers in the best interests of the customer.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and new developments to effectively respond to customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project coordination and estimating in the construction industry.
  • Understanding of supplier relationships and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
  • Self-reliant, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Dynamic and proactive, with a strong ability to work in a team.
