Funeral Service Coordinator

Temple's Funeral Home Ltd. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Funeral Director to join our team. As a Funeral Director, you will be responsible for coordinating funeral services, working with families to create personalized ceremonies, and ensuring that all aspects of the funeral process are handled with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:- Consult with families to understand their needs and preferences for funeral services
- Coordinate with funeral homes, cemeteries, and other service providers to ensure seamless execution of funeral services
- Prepare and present funeral services, including eulogies, readings, and other tributes
- Manage funeral home operations, including inventory, supplies, and staff supervision
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including death certificates, funeral home records, and other relevant documents
- Collaborate with other funeral directors and staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality funeral services
- Funeral Director Licence
- Embalmer Licence
- Driver's License
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- Criminal record check
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in funeral services or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Knowledge of funeral home operations and procedures
