About the Role:

Groupe Touchette Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning Director to lead our long-term financial planning process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for forecasting financial performance, analyzing variances, and reevaluating strategies based on financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct complex financial analyses and provide data-driven strategic recommendations to support key executive decisions.
  • Work in partnership with the FP&A department's CAPEX team to optimize the company's investments and maximize financial impact.
  • Collaborate with other departments (accounting, operations, marketing, etc.) to drive business growth and success.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Academic background in finance or accounting combined with a CFA, CPA, or MBA certification.
  • More than 7 years of experience in financial analysis, including a minimum of 2 years in team management.
  • Proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
