Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Behaviour Interactive is seeking a highly skilled Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, timely, and forward-looking financial information to guide our business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.
  • Design and implement financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CFA designation preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial software, including Excel.
  • Bilingual, with fluency in English and French.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
