Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing, recommending, and documenting necessary maintenance and repairs for clients.
  • Welcoming clients in a polite and professional manner.
  • Delivering tailored service that reflects our dealership's standards.
  • Collaborating with technicians to determine essential maintenance and repairs.
  • Creating repair orders, updating systems with pertinent order details, and finalizing orders by delivering appropriate repairs and services.
  • Offering service suggestions and estimated costs to clients.
  • Conducting road tests of client vehicles to evaluate their concerns.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction aligns with company and manufacturer standards.
  • Aiming to achieve the department's repair order production targets.
  • Executing other service-related tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications for Success:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive service sector.
  • Experience with CDK is mandatory.
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and sales abilities.
  • Capability to sell and recommend maintenance and repairs to our valued clients.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

***Compensation will be determined based on experience, knowledge, and bonus potential.***

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, inclusive of salary and bonuses.
