Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at VT Controls Ltd. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and applications.
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues, utilizing technical manuals, user guides, and other resources as needed.
  • Offer advice and training to users to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a problems and solutions log to facilitate knowledge sharing among technical support analysts.
  • Collaborate with the development team to redesign applications and software, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations.
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet services, addressing user concerns and issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant technical tools.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
