Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at VT Controls Ltd. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective solutions to their computer-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new software applications and systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
