Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Finlayson Hospitality Partners Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service staff to ensure excellent service and quality food.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit and manage a team of skilled food service staff to meet our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
