About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Billing Technician to join our client's team in a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing invoices, verifying accuracy, and processing cancellations and credit notes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely invoices for work in progress
- Verify the accuracy of invoice information and resolve any discrepancies
- Process invoice cancellations, credit notes, and time entry corrections
- Solve billing-related problems and provide excellent customer service
- Process write-off requests and maintain accurate records
- Upload and follow up on all electronic invoicing
Your Profile:
- DEC in administrative techniques or accounting or other related training
- 2 years of experience in billing, preferably in a professional services firm or large corporation
- Knowledge of Maitre or Elite software and electronic invoicing (an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written French
