Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-7 months of experience in a food service establishment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
Work Environment:

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will also be required to work in a physically demanding environment with tight deadlines.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
