Key Responsibilities- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Design and implement ServiceNow scripting, technical configuration, and deployment
- Develop custom and scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, design work, technical configuration, and deployment
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and SAM Pro
- Experience with IntegrationHub and OAuth
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Ability to produce clear documentation
- Proficiency with unit testing of your own work
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in math, engineering, information systems, or a related field
- Presentation skills to demo your work to the business
- Experience in the P&C insurance industry
- Sound to advanced knowledge of the business, technical environment, standards, processes, procedures, programming languages, and operating systems

Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions, and the local labour market.
