Parking Ambassador Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Ambassador to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a Parking Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Act as a traffic controller, directing incoming guests to available parking spaces and ensuring a safe and efficient flow of traffic.
  • Perform daily patrols to ensure the parking facility is clean and safe, and to identify any potential hazards or issues.
  • Issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors who violate parking policies, and assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment as needed.
  • Assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns, and relay information to management as necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and monthly parking account management.
  • Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to management.
  • Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests
  • Previous customer service experience, preferred
