Job Summary:
As a leading provider in the building systems sector, Ainsworth is currently looking for a Journeyman HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to support our operations. Our services encompass Electrical, Building Automation, Card Access/Security, and Mechanical Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and customer-focused service on behalf of the company
- Interpret and manage technical drawings and specifications
- Install and maintain air conditioning, heating, and associated systems
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC equipment and systems
- Oversee the work of assigned apprentices
- Stay updated on modern equipment and industry regulations
- Provide service across the designated area
- Participate in an On Call rotation
- Comply with company policies and safety standards
- Execute job responsibilities safely and effectively
Required Qualifications:
- Journeyperson certification with Gas B, GAS A Ticket preferred
- FSR certification preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and Certificate of Qualification
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and industry practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
