Job Summary

As a Beverages Journeyman Refrigeration Technician with PepsiCo, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining customer relations through efficient, professional customer service and improving service department teams targeted measures. You will perform service, preventative maintenance and installation of Pepsi and customer-owned equipment, including fountain, coolers, vendors, FCB's, icemakers, and more. You will also deliver and assist with the delivery of Visi/Vend equipment in the trade. Additionally, you will use and maintain trade tools and specialized testing equipment, complete invoices and settlement sheets, and maintain parts and equipment inventory. You will also prepare marketing equipment and perform all service/maintenance/installation requirements to meet customers' service requirements to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and internal stakeholders
• Perform service, maintenance, and installation of Pepsi and customer-owned equipment
• Deliver and assist with the delivery of Visi/Vend equipment in the trade
• Use and maintain trade tools and specialized testing equipment
• Complete invoices and settlement sheets
• Maintain parts and equipment inventory
• Prepare marketing equipment
• Perform all service/maintenance/installation requirements to meet customers' service requirements to company standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
• Journeyperson Appliance Service Technician or Refrigeration and AC Mechanic, or similar, strongly preferred
• Customer service orientation, communication skills, and ability to work independently
• Demonstrated mechanical/technical aptitude
• Ability to safely move heavy vending/cooling equipment and meet the physical demands of the role
• Valid Class 5 Operator's license required with a clean abstract
