Job Title: Office Administration Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Clerk to join our team at Taha Development Group Inc. As an Office Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and communication skills.
