Food Service Operations Manager

Breezy Beans Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues and labour costs to ensure efficient operations
- Supervise staff and provide training to ensure high-quality service
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
- Recruit and hire staff as needed
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
