Job Title: Food Services Manager

Breezy Beans Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Analyze financial data to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize efficiency.
  • Staff Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality service.
  • Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food services management.
  • Language: English.
