Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute HR strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives; Evaluate the organizational structure, capabilities, and culture to pinpoint areas for enhancement and devise strategies to bolster organizational effectiveness; Manage executive compensation frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational performance and governance standards; Address current and future business demands through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital; Create and implement initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction; Spearhead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace; Identify leadership development requirements and formulate succession plans for critical roles within the organization; Collaborate with managers to determine essential roles, skills shortages, and future talent requirements globally; Lead organizational development efforts to enhance company performance and employee experience.Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is an innovative and strategic human resources leader with a proven track record in overseeing and executing talent management and employee development initiatives that cater to a diverse workforce. Recent experience should emphasize corporate HR functions, supporting large employee groups, and advancing business objectives through strategic HR initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including substantial leadership experience, preferably at the Director or Executive level; Relevant post-secondary education, ideally with a focus on Human Resources or a related field; CPHR designation is considered a significant advantage; Familiarity with Executive Compensation programs in a public company is highly regarded; Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that yield business results; Demonstrated ability to utilize data and metrics to inform and drive HR strategies; Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
