Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Traci Langill Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing personalized relationships with clients, educating them on our insurance products, and helping them make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the agent to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Insurance Sales experience is required.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.
  • Organized and able to problem-solve.
  • Ability to work as a team and build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of technology and social media.
  • Ability to motivate and lead others.
  • Cold Calling and in-person sales experience.
  • Complete Policy Reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Property and Casualty license is required.
  • Life and Health license is required.
  • Strong understanding of technology and social media.
  • Product/sales experience is required.
  • College diploma in a related field.
  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines would be an asset.
  • MUST HAVE CAR AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
  • Salary + commission.
  • Bonus Opportunities when office meets targets.
