Job Title: Life Insurance Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing personalized relationships with clients, educating them on our insurance products, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:

* Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client to create a climate of trust conducive to the sale of a home or auto insurance policy.
* Educates and advises clients on our products while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
* Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation, and product offers.
* Works with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
* Uses a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements:

* Commercial Insurance Sales experience is required.
* Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
* Self-motivated.
* Ability to relate to customers.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
* Organized, with the ability to problem solve.
* Ability to work as a team.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong understanding of social media/technology.
* Ability to motivate and leadership skills.
* Cold Calling in person and telephone.
* Complete Policy Reviews.

Qualifications:

* Property and Casualty license is required.
* Life and Health license is required.
* Strong understanding of technology.
* Product/sales experience is required.
* College diploma in a related field.
* 1 year of relevant experience.
* Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as claims, sales, or service would be an asset.
* MUST HAVE CAR AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
* Salary + commission.
* Bonus Opportunities when office meets targets.
