Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective administrative functions within the school, managing and coordinating tasks at the administrative office:
- Organize and prioritize office operations to adhere to administrative standards set by the Centre, governmental bodies, and other entities, ensuring timely execution of school activities;
- Assist in the budgeting process and monitor financial allocations;
- Oversee financial documentation including school accounting, extracurricular finances, invoice processing, deposits, and fiscal records;
- Maintain comprehensive records related to student admissions, attendance for both staff and students, payroll for temporary staff, assessments, report generation, student registration, and transportation logistics.

Candidate Profile
- Completion of a DEP or equivalent secondary education qualification;
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Familiarity with management software such as Payroll, Dofin, and Windows Purchases;
- Excellent customer service abilities;
- Capability to perform under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently;
- High degree of confidentiality;
- Strong organizational and adaptability skills.
