Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Lakes of Muskoka Cottage Brewery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our brewery, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, establish methods to meet work schedules, and requisition materials and equipment
  • Clean and maintain the draft beer system
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Forklift Operator Certification, First Aid Certificate, HACCP Certification, and Smart Serve
  • Knowledge of CIP and SIP Systems, Canadian Food Inspection Agency regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices
