Job Title: Supervisor, Packaging and Production

Lakes of Muskoka Cottage Brewery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Packaging and Production to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging and production processes, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions, such as hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean draft beer system
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of packaging and production processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg
