Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean and maintain the draft beer system
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Forklift Operator Certification, First Aid Certificate, HACCP Certification, and Smart Serve
  • Knowledge of CIP and SIP Systems, Canadian Food Inspection Agency regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices
