Job Title: Halfway House Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Halfway House Worker to join our team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta. As a key member of our community support team, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to individuals in our care.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and office support, as well as appraising clients' needs and eligibility for specific services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
