About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically demanding Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at 1405871 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
