Job Summary

Pioneer Thinking Consulting Corporation is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shopping centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
