About the Role

Pioneer Thinking Consulting Corporation is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shopping centre or mall.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and contact contractors for major repairs.
  • Customer Service: Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants and provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair, and work with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and reliability.
