Job Title: Building Operator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Operator to join our team at Pioneer Thinking Consulting Corporation.

Job Summary

The Building Operator will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our shopping centre, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning properly. This includes making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as contacting tradespersons for major repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure the smooth operation of the building
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and reliability
