As a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, you will take on the role of a comprehensive business leader. Our Brand Managers oversee prominent national brands, uncovering insights from consumers, shoppers, and customers to implement marketing strategies that enhance brand growth and ensure long-term success.

We are currently in search of a seasoned Marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience in CPG Brand Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Insights, Advertising, and Media/PR Agencies) to formulate strategies for expanding a multi-million dollar brand.
  • Direct and implement market strategies and consumer insight-driven brand plans for our innovative product launches.
  • Serve as a prominent business leader for a multi-million dollar brand, collaborating closely with our Regional Business Unit (RBU) to achieve growth targets.
  • Examine complex data to extract consumer and business insights that guide Brand leaders in setting brand growth directions.
  • Encourage innovation, exploration, and experimentation with new marketing concepts in a creative environment.
  • Manage a business with retail sales ranging from $100MM-$300MM, depending on your category.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of strategic, niche projects tailored to your category.

This position reports to a Brand Director. As you broaden your influence on the business, you can anticipate advancing to roles with greater responsibilities.
