Our dynamic team bridges loyalty, media, product, analytics, insights and strategy disciplines for integrated planning that empowers our own brands and those of our partners to reach Canadian customers at the right time, in the right way.We are seeking a Senior Manager of Media Finance supporting Loblaw Advance who will serve as a key business partner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights that enhance business performance and play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and operational effectiveness of our media business. This position requires a combination of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the media landscape.Your responsibilities will include overseeing the financial performance of our media offerings, establishing reports that highlight our investments aligned with overall business objectives, and leading the forecasting and month-end revenue recognition processes.Act as the primary business lead for finance and revenue operations, driving strategic financial initiatives.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and product performance.Develop comprehensive financial and data reporting projects to analyze results against targets.Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity and best practices.Manage revenue recognition process from order to cash.Develop and maintain financial models to assess media performance metrics.Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, or Finance.5+ years of progressive experience in financial management.Understanding of financial accounting principles.Excellent analytical skills and experience building financial models.Strong competency in Excel including VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables.Our commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business.
