Job Title: Financial Services Administrative Coordinator

Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Administrative Coordinator to join our team at a leading financial institution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payments approvals and complete wire reconciliations
  • Prepare approval documents and assist the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to various stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Completion of a University degree and/or college diploma required
  • Previous work experience performing administrative and reconciliation duties in the financial services industry
  • Strong technical skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
