Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Advisor to join our team at beBee Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support to the company's commercial activities, including reviewing and drafting contracts.
  • Offer expert guidance on corporate matters, intellectual property law, and commercial law.
  • Conduct research and analysis on legal issues, and provide advice on legal risks and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Law degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial law, including contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
