Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Toonie Holding Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and monitor and evaluate office operations.
  • Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability, with a strong team player attitude.
