We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 10712213 Canada Inc. as a key member of our operations department.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery within the warehouse.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed as needed.
- Staff Management
- Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the warehouse.
- Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance.
- Inventory and Logistics
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure inventory is accurately tracked and managed.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
- Administrative Tasks
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
- Work Environment
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
