Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 10712213 Canada Inc. as a key member of our operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery within the warehouse.
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed as needed.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the warehouse.
    • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance.
  • Inventory and Logistics
    • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure inventory is accurately tracked and managed.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
    • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
  • Work Environment
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 35 hours per week
