Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Waterloo Vapes. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Urban area work setting
  • Budgetary responsibility of $100,001 - $500,000
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
  • Team player with values and ethics
