We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills.
