Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide staff, including apprentices and sales associates.
  • Delegate tasks and assign duties to sales personnel.
  • Manage inventory by ordering products and authorizing returns.
  • Establish work schedules to optimize staff efficiency.
  • Engage in direct sales and maintain merchandise organization.
  • Coordinate daily activities and supervise both office and volunteer staff.
  • Determine the range of products and services offered for sale.
  • Oversee staff management and task assignments.
  • Source and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operational activities.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets and point of sale systems.
  • Familiarity with electronic mail communication.
Safety and Security

Must be bondable to ensure a secure working environment.

Transportation Requirements

Possession of personal transportation is necessary for this role.
