This position is situated within a retail business setting, focusing on delivering quality service and products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff including apprentices and sales associates.
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Manage inventory by ordering merchandise as needed.
  • Authorize returns of merchandise to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
  • Engage in direct sales activities.
  • Organize and maintain the inventory system.
  • Coordinate activities of team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff as necessary.
  • Determine the range of merchandise and services offered.
  • Oversee staff management and duty assignments.
  • Identify, select, and procure products for resale.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets and point of sale systems.
  • Familiarity with electronic mail communication.
Safety and Security

Must be bondable to ensure the safety and security of the store.

Transportation Requirements

Possession of personal transportation is necessary for this role.
