Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mount Brydges Food Market. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stock levels are maintained.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
