Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction process by loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials as needed.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, following established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, working closely with experienced team members.
  • Support framing, wall erection, and roof construction by assisting experienced team members.
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer and Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and working at heights. You will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including cold and hot temperatures.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as construction or labouring.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
