On Premise Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven On Premise Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing sales across all segments of the On Premise business, including bars, restaurants, and other establishments.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Nurture Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, influencers, and industry experts to drive business growth and increase sales.
Maximize Sales and ConsumptionDevelop and execute strategies to maximize sales and consumption of Red Bull products in your territory, including increasing product availability and distribution.
Market and Sell Red BullDevelop and execute marketing and sales plans to drive demand and consumption of Red Bull products in your territory.
Manage Territory BudgetsManage and optimize territory budgets to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.
Activate Marketing and Trial InitiativesActivate marketing and trial initiatives in outlet to intensify consumption and drive business growth.
Train and Educate Key StakeholdersTrain and educate key stakeholders on Red Bull products and sales strategies to drive business growth.
Monitor Distribution and InventoryMonitor distribution and inventory of Red Bull products in your territory to ensure optimal availability and minimize out-of-stocks.
Requirements- Strong Sales and Marketing Skills
Proven sales and marketing skills, with a strong understanding of the beverage industry and On Premise channel.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Results-Driven and Self-MotivatedResults-driven and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and create effective presentations.
Valid Driver's License and Clear Driver's AbstractValid driver's license and clear driver's abstract, with a willingness to travel 40-50% of the time.
Post-Secondary Education in Sales and MarketingPost-secondary education in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the beverage industry and On Premise channel.
Fluent in English, Additional Language Skills an AdvantageFluent in English, with additional language skills an advantage.
