Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at McLean Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop effective care plans
  • Provide and implement nursing care interventions to meet patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and hospital operations
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • BSN preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities
