The Front of House Lead is responsible for fostering a welcoming and enjoyable environment that attracts patrons to our bakery. In this role, you will mentor and guide your team to ensure that our customer service remains exemplary and that all tasks are executed efficiently. By motivating your colleagues with daily sales objectives, you will help ensure that our products are consistently in high demand. This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced setting where you can develop your leadership abilities, with continuous support and opportunities for professional growth.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior Barista Experience with a Strong Understanding of Coffee
  • Leadership Experience in a Comparable Environment

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
